No prior experience in travel or sales is required – we believe in raw talent and will teach you everything you need to know. You will receive a full-time, paid 10-week training program ($700/week) to master the art of luxury travel coordination, sales, and client relations. Unmatched Earning Potential: Guaranteed Base Pay: $1,400 per week ($72,800/year) after training. Uncapped Commission: Earn 4.5% commission on every travel package you sell. Our average package is over $30,000. Example: Sell one $30k package per month = $1,350 extra monthly commission. Provide white-glove service and be available to solve any client need before and during their trip.
