Baking and treat making help sought. We are looking to hire 2 people with experience in baking and making treats for our fall pumpkin farm. Items that will be made are, pies, cookies brownies, fall breads, dipped items, Fudge etc. We are looking for people that have verifiable experience. All items will be made in a commercial style kitchen. This position is not for a home baker as we need a baker that has production experience in a commercial kitchen This position is seasonal and will last through the end of October. It will require 30-40 hours per week, but the days and times are flexible. The salary is $22.00, and negotiable based on verifiable experience. This is a fun, friendly, family-oriented business. Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Mt Fuji Sushi & Hibachi, 6851 S Gaylord St #262, Centennial, CO 80122 Salary: $80,000 (annually) Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service during high-energy hibachi shows and sushi dining. - Lead, train, and motivate a team of hibachi chefs, servers, and bartenders to deliver outstanding guest experiences, including warm greetings, accurate order handling, and prompt service. - Drive sales through strategic upselling techniques, promoting specials, and ensuring menu knowledge across the team. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, enforcing health, safety, and sanitation guidelines (e.g., food handling practices and responsible alcohol service). - Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally to uphold our reputation for exceptional hospitality. - Inventory control, and accurate cash/credit transaction oversight. - Collaborate with suppliers to ensure fresh, high-quality ingredients for sushi and hibachi dishes. - Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects the warmth and energy of dining traditions. Candidates must have an insured and reliable vehicle to hold and transport equipment and supplies to locations within the northside of Chicago (Wicker Park to Rogers Park).
