Key Responsibilities: • Assist in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations • Supervise front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff to ensure efficient service • Support training and onboarding of new team members • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations • Monitor food quality and customer service standards • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs • Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs • Help implement promotions and marketing efforts • Ensure cleanliness and organization of all areas • Support the Restaurant Manager in administrative tasks, reporting, and performance reviews Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
