Pacific Pallet Exchange has an opening for an experienced office assistant. The candidate needs to have a verifiable work history with the following qualifications. Proficient in setting up spread sheets in excel. Proficient in word. Exceptional communication skill Exceptional filing skills. Ability to Type 40 wpm, test will be given. Must be willing to do tasks that are given by the office manager that is not necessarily an office assistant duty. Must have experience in AP/AR, we will train but candidate must have some experience in invoicing. Quick books knowledge is a plus. Bilingual is a plus.
