Accounting/Finance Manager – Real Estate We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the financial operations of our real estate portfolio and provide comprehensive financial support to the owners, including tax planning and personal financial management. You will oversee accounting functions, including financial reporting and management of accounting software (Buildium), and provide strategic advice to enhance financial performance, optimize taxes, and support business and personal financial decisions. You will manage complex areas such as tax planning (including depreciation), debt optimization, insurance oversight, and provide support for the owners' personal finances, relieving them of increasingly complicated financial details.
