Busy bankruptcy firm looking to hire two paralegals Position A - paralegal with experience with Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy matters from start to finish - preparing petition, filing, trustee documents, proposing/amending/calculating plans, preparing motions, objecting to claims. Experience with Pacer/ECF, Word, PDF, Excel. Plus if experience with Bestcase but not required. Position would be part time or full time - to be determined. Position B - paralegal to assist with adversary complaints and creditor motion work - preparation of motions for relief, adversary complaints, motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, etc. Great at legal arguments, research, drafting. Hours for this can be set by paralegal - so long as work gets done by deadline.
