SilverTech Support is a Bay Area-based company helping older adults confidently navigate modern technology — from smartphones and laptops to Wi-Fi routers and streaming devices. We're looking for a reliable, personable field technician to join us in delivering on-site tech support and light marketing help throughout the Bay Area. What You’ll Do: - Provide on-site tech support for seniors in their homes (no phone/virtual support — that’s covered by our in-house team) - Help clients with tasks like setting up devices, updating software, troubleshooting Wi-Fi, resetting passwords, and teaching basic app use - Represent SilverTech Support with patience, kindness, and professionalism - When support jobs are slow, assist with light field marketing: door-to-door outreach, mailbox drops, door hanger distribution, etc. Who You Are: - Tech-savvy and great at simplifying tech for beginners - Friendly, dependable, and PATIENT.
