Field Service Technician For 30+ years Dolce Neve, Inc. has provided the Specialty Coffee Industry with expert beverage equipment service, customized preventative maintenance programs, new and used equipment sales, and water filtration programs. Dolce Neve Headquarters is based in Petaluma, CA, and services the 9 greater Bay Area counties. Our technicians reside in various cities to better serve our valued customers. Employment Type: Full-Time 8:30 to 5:00 with overtime and on-call opportunities. Experience Preferred: Basic Electrical and Plumbing Knowledge. Compensation: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour depending on assessed skills, experience, education, and training. A company van and cell phone will be provided. Service Includes:  Installation, repair, and scheduled preventive maintenance, including espresso machines (standard and super-automatic), brewers, grinders, pitcher rinsers, and water filtration.  Use multiple hand and power tools, Fluke meters, etc. to complete service.  Ability to perform service above and below counters.  Keep van and service location service areas clean and orderly.  Comply with safety regulations at all times.  Complete work orders for assigned jobs immediately upon completion of service utilizing Field Service software. Attributes and Experience:  Clean DMV driving record is required.  Able to work independently and provide professional and friendly customer service.  Demonstrate exceptional work ethic and follow-through with a strong attention to detail.  Display good work habits, including good attendance and promptness.  Capable of lifting to 70 lbs.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.  Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the water filtration, espresso, and coffee beverage industries.  Support sales efforts by handling client inquiries, providing product recommendations, and processing orders.  Assist in executing sales strategies, promotions, and customer outreach initiatives.  Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.  Provide product knowledge, including technical data sheets.  Prepare and refine written materials, Excel reports, and slide decks to support sales and business development initiatives Preferred Qualifications:  Experience in sales, business development, or customer service (preferably in the food & beverage industry).  Strong communication, relationship-building, and writing skills.  Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (or other slide deck tools), and general data organization.  Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for helping businesses succeed.  Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.  Familiarity with water filtration systems, espresso equipment, and coffee products is a plus.
