FORM Architecture, a progressive Spokane area custom residential and commercial Architectural office with licenses in multiple states, is seeking a VERY production oriented Revit-based Architect/Project Manager/Designer to help with our growing project workload, both residential and commercial. Seeking skilled Revit Designers/PM's able to handle complex tasks and projects; which will involve design, drafting and construction document coordination. Must be able to create complete Construction Document sets with little or no oversight. You will also be tasked with being a "mentor" to our young staff of interns/designers, answering their questions and helping to PM their projects. 5 years (or more) of Architectural Revit Production work experience required. We have many awesome and progressive custom residential and commercial projects in multiple states; if you like working on a lot of different types of projects, this is your place! Depending on experience, you can and will be involved in all aspects of design and production, including client/contractor meetings, project managing, design drafting, and permit documents. We do ALL of our design and production in Revit; need someone VERY savvy in Revit. Some AutoCad and Sketchup experience a plus, mostly for dealing with Engineering Consultants. You should be self-motivated, focused and diligent. Seeking a great fit... Friendly, fun personalities preferred. MUST LIVE IN SPOKANE/CDA AREA.
