SR APPLICATION DEVELOPER WITH TYLER MUNIS ERP EXPERIENCE – PASADENA **** LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY **** Sierra Cybernetics is seeking a Senior Application Developer to work for us supporting our City of Pasadena client. You must be skilled in requirement gathering, business analysis, leadership, reporting, and security management. Tyler Munis ERP experience in HR/Payroll and/or Finance is required. Open to US citizens, green card holders, and H1-b visa holder. This is up to a six month assignment working on a 9/80 schedule with alternating Fridays off and two days per week working remotely. You must be available & responsive within 15 minutes via Teams during agreed-upon work hours. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Architect and manage integrations with third-party platforms. 2. Investigate and resolve ERP application errors, bugs, or performance issues. 3. Provide Tier 2 support to business users and collaborate with IT and vendors for root-cause analysis. 4. Develop reports, dashboards, and SQL artifacts (e.g. queries, Views, Stored Procedures) using built-in tools or external BI platforms such as SSRS and Power BI. 5. Proactively identify inefficiencies, automate workflows, and align system functionality with evolving business needs. 6. Maintain technical documentation for customizations, workflows, and configurations. 7. Administer ERP user roles and permissions in alignment with business policies. 8. Technical lead for ERP upgrades, updates, and workflow redesigns; create test cases and assist with unit, integration, and UAT testing.
