Key Responsibilities: • Install, configure, and support desktop computers, printers, and related hardware. • Manage and maintain on-premise databases, including Microsoft SQL Server. • Administer VPN access and ensure secure remote connectivity. • Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls). • Support Microsoft 365 applications and Teams Phone Systems. • Monitor and manage Wi-Fi hotspots across both offices. • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to staff across departments. • Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and support tickets. • Support SOC 2 Type 2 certification process What We’re Looking For: Required: • 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration. • Proficiency with Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365). • Experience with SQL Server and on-premise database management. • Familiarity with VPN setup and network security best practices. • Hands-on experience with network hardware installation and maintenance. • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. • Fully on-site position servicing our North Sacramento and West Sacramento facilities. This position is not remote. Preferred: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified.
