Join Our Church Community Staff - Oakland Location The Church of Ambrosia is seeking dedicated individuals for full-time and part-time roles, including Counter Staff, Receptionists, and Event Promotion Staff at our Oakland location. We specifically need team members who are available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The Church of Ambrosia is a nondenominational, interfaith religious organization dedicated to the respectful and safe use of all Entheogenic Plants, with a special focus on Cannabis, Magic Mushrooms & DMT. Staff Roles Include: Counter Staff & Receptionists: Provide excellent customer service, manage transactions, and support daily church operations. Event Promotion Staff: Represent and promote the Church at community events, distribute informational materials, and engage with the public to build awareness of our mission and services. Qualifications: Must be 21 or older Ability to interact and work positively with the public Background in Customer Service or Customer Relations Experience handling cash and credit operations Good verbal and written communication skills Experience working collaboratively in a team Flexible availability, particularly weekends and holidays No known cannabis allergies Bonus Skills (Not Required): Bilingual (especially Spanish) or multilingual Proficiency in MS Office Experience in social services or community work Knowledge of health, safety, and security protocols Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Physical Requirements: Comfortable bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds Ability to stand for up to four hours at a time Driving Requirements (Role-dependent): Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance To Apply: Please email a cover letter, resume, and responses to the following questions: 1.)
