9AM-2PM (4 days a week-20 hours) Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri Job Description: Including but not limited: • Manage Email Inbox • Proactively manage shared calendar, meetings, travel coordination, and inform the office of commitments/responsibilities • Set up and manage Zoom Meetings, Microsoft Teams, etc. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) • Clerical duties, compose/ edit/ proofread documents, and read emails to the President • Keep offices clean and organized • Maintain documentation systems, filing, scanning, and overall office organization • Assist the President with any current and future personal ventures • CPR (Certified Payroll Reporting)
