We are a busy, well-established roofing company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Staff Member to join our team Alpine Roof Care has been in business since 1992. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction office administration and must have experience with QuickBooks. Position: Full-Time Office Staff Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience) Location: 502 Maple Ave Snohomish Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Benefits: Paid holidays, Yearly reviews and raises, Yearly Bonus Key Responsibilities: • Perform general office duties including phones, emails, filing, and customer service • Handle accounts in QuickBooks • Assist with project billing, estimates, and job costing • Coordinate with field crews and employees • Maintain organized project files and job folders • Schedule jobs Requirements: • QuickBooks experience is a must • Prior administrative experience in a construction environment • Strong communication and organizational skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Must be dependable and detail-oriented Benefits: • Competitive starting wage based on experience • Opportunity for growth within the company • Supportive, team-oriented work environment ** If you are interested in the position please forward your resume in PDF format **Please send me your starting salary expectations
