Requirements Primary Responsibilities: Develop strategies and execute plans to drive user engagement, customer acquisition and retention. Operate as a player coach; build, lead, and grow a small team of high-output Product Managers and Designers. Analyze, determine and prioritize target customer, end-user, and internal stakeholder needs. Define and communicate product strategies, goals, and roadmaps aligned with company objectives, supported by business analysis, market research, and customer data. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build momentum and alignment, and shepherd product concepts through execution, validation and adoption. Ensure appropriate customer research, usability testing and rapid prototyping. Document, validate, prioritize and guide product execution within an Agile development environment. Coordinate go-to-market and post-launch activities. Gather customer feedback to validate that the product meets stated metrics. Prioritize and deliver necessary enhancements. Required Experience and Qualifications: 8+ years in technology product management, with at least 5 years expertise managing consumer, media and/or data products. 3+ years building and managing teams of independent-contributor Product Managers. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. An MBA or advanced degree is desired. Proven track record of full responsibility through the product lifecycle in a fast-paced, start-up/scale-up environment. Has been hands-on shipping highly successful products. Desired, not required (but must be passionate to learn): Experience building products for biotech or pharma audiences and/or background in medicinal chemistry or health sciences. Position Overview: Collaborate with the project management team to plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Assigned Responsibilities: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment on the construction site. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards and assist with field supervision. Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Manage all project documentation, including submittals, requests for information, contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Manage the procurement process, including obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, tracking long lead deliverables, and building relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Utilize project management software to track project metrics, update project status, and facilitate communication within the project team. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. Support the resolution of construction-related issues, conflicts, and changes in scope, including the submittal and negotiation of contract changes/proposals with subcontractors and/or the owner. Provide support to the project manager in coordinating and leading project meetings. Additional duties as assigned.  Requirements B.S Construction Management / Engineering and / or 3-5 years general construction experience required.  Proven understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and building codes. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, take initiative, solve problems, and make decisions in a dynamic construction environment. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and collaborate with team members. Travel to project sites may be required. The Construction Engineer manages, evaluates and assesses information necessary to construct the project on time, within budget and to the quality specified by the contract documents. The Engineer is the individual on the project responsible for building the overall project “on paper”. Engineers work under the leadership of Project Managers. Acts as liaison with Architects, Subcontractors, Consultants, Suppliers, Inspectors and other partners in resolving issues related to plans and specifications. Manage information related to changes in the work, prepare an independent analysis, obtain and check estimates for the changes from subcontractor; resolve any conflicts. Overseeing the close-out process. Preparing final records for the project such as Requests for Information (RFI’s), close-out records, warranties, as-builts, Operations and Maintenance manuals (O&Ms), and evaluating information to insure compliance with contract documents. Prepare Scope of Work documents for trades and develop reports related to all aspects of the project. Schedule and attend relevant meetings, such as subcontractor trade coordination meetings, preconstruction meetings, submittal review, etc. Requirements 1+ years commercial construction experience, ideally as an Intern, Field Engineer, Foreman or a similar position. Familiarity with construction management and office productivity software, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, Procore, or other web-based or mobile document and project management solutions. Experience with construction projects, mechanical/electrical systems, building materials, building mechanics, or working with craft workers is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
