At Southern Comforts, located in the heart of Roswell, GA, we’re looking for a Furniture Sales Associate to join our team! If you have a knack for sales, a love for design, and a customer-first mindset, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
As a Furniture Sales Associate, you will be helping customers transform their homes with our stunning furniture collections. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored furniture solutions.
- Showcase our products with confidence and enthusiasm, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Maintain the showroom by ensuring displays are visually appealing and up-to-date.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about product details, promotions, and trends to provide top-notch service.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident and experienced sales professional who thrives in a customer-facing role. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in FURNITURE sales, or a similar customer-focused role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
- A passion for furniture, interior design, or home décor is a big plus!
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team while also taking initiative.
This is NOT a casheiere job, you will be working with customers on the sales floor.
You will need to be able to be on your feet for atleast 5 hours.
You must be COMPUTER LITERATE... We use Microsoft Office, Windows, IOS and Google Suite daily. In addition to our inventory and sales software, so computer literacy is REQUIRED for this role.
