With services across schools, homes, and clinics, we are proud to lead in delivering flexible, evidence-based care in 8 states. About This Role We have a unique opportunity through a Boston Public Schools (BPS) contract to provide ABA services for students who are non-traditional or require additional support at home. This role is designed for a BCBA who values flexibility, collaboration, and impactful work-without administrative overload. ✅ Part-Time, Hourly (in-person) ✅ $75-$85/hour ✅ Year-Round Position ✅ No Billables, No Assessments ✅ No Work on School Holidays or Snow Days Sessions are primarily after-school hours and some weekends, with the possibility of occasional in-school morning hours. Responsibilities Provide ABA services in-home for BPS students requiring supplemental or non-traditional support Collaborate with school staff and families for continuity of care Supervise and coach Behavior Technicians as needed Deliver high-quality intervention without productivity or paperwork stress Requirements Qualifications Active BCBA certification (required) Massachusetts LBA license (required) Experience working in home or school-based settings Strong communication and collaboration skills Benefits Why Join Treetop?
