What You'll Be Doing: As a Batching Technician, you'll work closely with Quality Assurance and Production Managers to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. Your key responsibilities include: Accurately staging and preparing raw materials for efficient mixing operations. Monitoring the mixture of ingredients according to written formulas. Pulling correct quantities of ingredients per the production plan. Strictly following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure product safety and prevent contamination. Completing required production paperwork accurately. Cleaning and disinfecting mixing tools and work areas. What You'll Bring: HS Diploma or GED. The ability to lift 50 – 60 pounds regularly.
