Experienced Bike Mechanic / Technician – Full-Time Position - $25+/hr (Sacramento)

An owner of an 18-unit apartment property in central Phoenix is looking for a reliable, focused, and skilled maintenance technician to work on the maintenance upkeep of the property. The work will be fulfilling tenant work order requests, exterior ground maintenance, and some painting of interior walls, with vacancy maintenance turn-overs. You would be required to go to the property two to three times a week for about four hours, more or less, for those days, depending upon maintenance needed. Pay is $17.00 per hour while on site. You must have your own tools and reliable transportation. Good references are required. Candidates should be non-smokers and in good physical health. Work starts immediately.
