We are looking for a Russian speaking nanny to care for our 15 month old son. This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday). Must have experience working with children and good references.

We are seeking a reliable and attentive individual to manage parking lot operations and provide security. The role involves directing vehicles into parking spots and ensuring a smooth flow of traffic. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for monitoring the lot to prevent any vandalism or theft, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers. Responsibilities: Direct vehicles into parking spaces and manage parking lot traffic. Monitor parking lot for any suspicious activity or signs of vandalism. Report any incidents or security concerns to management. Provide excellent customer service to those using the lot. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and security awareness. Ability to remain calm and assertive when directing traffic. Previous experience in parking management or security preferred but not required. Position is part time for every 2 weeks out the month. Experienced Outboard Engine Mechanic candidates must be able to: identify, diagnose and repair two and four stroke outboard engines and boat systems which include electrical systems, plumbing and rigging. Qualified candidates will communicate with service advisors and the parts department throughout the repair process to assist in the establishment of a proper written estimate/work order. Certifications in Yamaha engine repair and maintenance a plus. This is a full-time position with potential overtime. EXPERIENCE-BASED PAY! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Inspect, maintain, and repair boats of all kinds • Utilize diagnostic equipment to test and repair boat engines, hulls, propellers, rigging, and navigational equipment • Install and test sanitation, electrical systems, steering gear, and accessories • Troubleshoot, test, repair, replace, remove and install vessel systems and components • Conduct thorough assessment prior to starting a job including; acknowledging the budgeted time and time frame for completion, proving the system and the element requiring service, sourcing parts if required • Overall knowledge of marine systems including electrical, plumbing & water systems • Troubleshoot, repair, and install vessel systems and components including but not limited to: electrical, electronics, plumbing & water systems (fresh, salt, and waste), and gas engines • Assign parts and purchases to the appropriate vessels/tickets • Must possess own tools • Availability to work overtime in order to meet deadlines TECHNICAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Technical school training preferred • Prior experience preferred • Ability to ascend and descend a ladder • Must carry own tools • Ability to work in confined spaces • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Basic boat handling skills preferred • Clean driver’s license MINIMUM SOFT SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and an understanding of customers' needs • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills while working both independently and within a team context • Organizational skills are a must • Demonstrates ability to prioritize and work unsupervised
