This hybrid role is essential to ensuring that our customers receive accurate, well-packed orders while also keeping our labeling, packaging, and product visuals sharp and professional. If you enjoy combining hands-on warehouse work with digital design tasks, this is the perfect position for you. Responsibilities: • Pick, pack, and label wholesale orders for shipping • Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy • Maintain warehouse organization and inventory • Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Google Mail) to track shipments and communicate with the team • Operate Bartender label software to design, update, and print product/shipping labels • Create and edit digital designs for labels, packaging, and simple marketing materials (using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) • Ensure brand consistency across product labels and packaging • Follow standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency • Collaborate with the team to improve packaging and branding visuals Qualifications: • Strong computer skills and experience with Google Suite • Basic to intermediate digital design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Bartender label software • Detail-oriented, creative, and organized • Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and take initiative • Prior warehouse, packing, or fulfillment experience helpful but not required What We Offer: • Stable full-time hours • Training and growth opportunities in warehouse operations and design • A supportive team environment where both your creative and organizational skills will shine • Chance to make a real impact in a growing wholesale business
