Victims & Young Offender Support Specialist (Wasilla)
Position Summary: Knik Tribe is looking for a motivated team member who has a passion for creating opportunities for our Tribal Members and eligible participants who reside in our service area. This position will require knowledge, case management, and support for youth victims of substance abuse and/or youth delinquency. Case support will be required to understand and administer grant funds as well as related education programs. This position will provide referral services, career exploration, outreach, advocacy, cultural support, and workshop facilitation. Our small, energetic concierge type practice provides life-saving sleep apnea treatment to patients in need of an alternative to CPAP therapy. We are seeking a sleep champion that is a multi-hat wearing, crazy passionate, dedicated lifelong learner to work alongside us as a referral/marketing/patient coordinator that keeps most aspects of the day to day office flowing. To join our team YOU DO NOT have to know anything about dentistry or sleep apnea. You do however need to be a committed learner that is eager to develop new skills. If you are a friendly and outgoing individual that loves to get to know new people this position is for you. This is not a typical medical front office position. The sleep champion is responsible for not only being a great listener but also an excellent communicator. You will be the first point of contact with new patients. POSITION SUMMARY: The Lead Dispatcher oversees and provides direction across all shifts including 24/7 work scheduling, training, and compliance.
