Operational Oversight Oversee all front-of-house operations including cleanliness, ambiance, pacing, and service flow. Collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure seamless coordination and service. Enforce compliance with health and safety standards, including sanitation and COVID-related protocols (if applicable). Inventory & Cost Control Manage inventory of beverages, supplies, and service tools. Monitor labor and operational costs to meet profitability goals.
