Responsibilities Provide personal care services to clients, including meal preparation, assistance with eating, bathing, toileting, and general physical activity. Perform light cleaning duties as necessary. Monitor and assist with medication management. Provide on-call assistance to clients in the event of an illness or emergency. Assist individuals with wheelchair and other mobility needs. Identify natural and community supports and assist the individual in utilizing them. Support individuals in developing and maintaining relationships. Assist in finding suitable roommates and housing. Submit accurate, complete, and legible billing and payroll documents in a timely manner. Adhere to approved monthly schedule and complete authorized service hours. The primary tasks will include: - General administrative office tasks such as copying/filing/scanning/answering phones, client intake, and generally assisting with the office; - client intake, and case management - reporting accident claims with insurance companies, organizing rental vehicles, assisting clients with property damage, arguing liability - monitoring client's treatment, scheduling appointments, frequent client follow up, collection of medical records, preparation of file for sending a demand and demand drafting.
