This position has extensive training before we let anyone lead an event, it includes heavy lifting, clean and neat presentation. A Drivers License, Liquor License and Food Handlers Permit is required. These duties are not limited to these items and can vary based on peak times 1. Load vans for their events and others 2. Go to the store to busy what items they may need or if the kitchen needs something 9. Maintenance on the vans-oil changes, gas etc, 10. Work as a team, there is no I in team 11. Communicate effectively with your team on what needs to get done 12. Help clean if needed when we are slow 13. Help prep if needed 14. Help do dishes if needed 15. Communicate with your boss- that is me!!!! 16. Check menus and schedule to make sure you know when you are working and what event you are working

Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain safety standards. Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 of rod busting or related construction experience. Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks. Skills: Ability to read blueprints and construction plans is preferred. As a Concrete Finisher you're responsible for: r placing, finishing, and curing concrete to achieve smooth, level, and durable surfaces. They work on a variety of projects—such as sidewalks, driveways, floors, roads, bridges, and other structural elements—ensuring that concrete is properly shaped and meets design specifications. Experience:1–3 years in concrete finishing or a related construction trade. Technical Skills: Proficient with finishing tools (trowels, floats, edgers, screeds, power trowels) Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, kneel, bend, and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods.
