Overview Russo Bakery is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented bun/bread packager to join our team. The Packager will play a crucial role in ensuring our bread is inspected, packaged, and prepared for distribution to our customers. This position requires attention to detail, basic math skills, strong communication and the ability to be on your feet throughout the duration of the shift. Applicants should be able to push & pull our bread racks while also bending and lifting our bread trays/crates continuously throughout the shift. Duties Assemble and package bread and buns in accordance with daily orders. Work on an assembly line of 2-6 in stations throughout the day Ensure all product and packaging is of quality. Perform basic math to work through daily order list Requirements Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift product as needed. Totally Chocolate is looking for a Maintenance Tech to join our maintenance team that keeps us running every day! As producers of custom chocolate products, we have a plant full of various types of machines that you will be trained to maintain. You bring a strong Mechanical and Electrical aptitude along with experience in the role that demonstrates your ability to troubleshoot and get us back online. The position is predominantly Monday to Friday day shift but may require occasional weekend or overtime during our peak winter months of production. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment Repair all production equipment as needed Perform breakdown analysis Perform general housekeeping Upgrade production lines with new equipment/technology Comply with GMP, safety, and audit standards Work independently under limited supervision (self-management) Documentation of work schedule and work tasks completed Production tasks as needed BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 18 years or older Pass the drug test; Pass the background check Experience with electrical systems, troubleshooting repair and installation. Experience with mechanical systems (e.g., gear boxes, chains, sprockets, motors, seals, bearings). Experience with product manuals (e.g., reading and applying knowledge to make repairs). Experience with troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns (pinpointing and fixing breakdowns).
