Maintenance Technician (Part Time 20-25hrs per week) JJN Properties LTD. Compensation: $20.00-$24.00 per hr DOE employment type: (Part Time 16-24hrs per week) Maintenance Technician (Part Time) for multiple apartment buildings. General building maintenance, flexible hours, four (4) years minimum experience. Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more. Reliable transportation required.
