FERTILIZER APPLICATOR: MUST HAVE PASSED STATE TESTS, OR WILLING TO GO DO SO. - we also do pest control, and it would be great if applicators are wanting/willing to also do that as well, or eventually move into it along side fertilizer - expierence in both or either or, are a bonus. Pest control applicator alone is a position we can take a application for as well. IRRIGATION: Sprinkler repairs/installs/turn on & off + GAS/PLUMBING: Position might entail being a floater, if you have any other expierence let us know. We do outdoor kitchens, firebowls, firepits+. POOL & SPA MAINTENANCE: - this would be things like opening pools, winterizing pools, maintaining water quality etc.)... plumbing expierence would also be great for this position along side other positions. SOFTSCAPE/HARDSCAPE/LANDSCAPE: We offer complete services, depending on which of the above you would be interested in - it can include retaining walls, patios, pergolas, larger landscape projects w/ rock, mulch, plants - and much more, design work is also considered. The Commons on MLK is a partnership between Lane County, Homes for Good, ShelterCare and Quantum Residential focused on providing permanent housing to 51 chronically homeless individuals who are part of the Frequent User System Engagement (FUSE) program for high service users. The Keystone is a 15-unit permanent supportive housing project for chronically homeless families with children. This project was funded through special PSH funds from OHCS and OHA with services provided by ShelterCare and property management by Quantum Residential. Bridges on Broadway is a partnership with Lane County and Oregon Housing and Community Services focused on providing permanent housing to 56 chronically homeless individuals referred through Coordinated Entry. This project is under construction and will open in 2025. The Commons on MLK and Bridges on Broadway are staffed 24 hours a day with services staff on-site from 8am-6pm. DUTIES: Perform routine maintenance work in vacant and occupied units. Perform routine custodial and grounds work using handheld tools and equipment. Learn the proper use and care of tools and equipment. Perform minor skilled plumbing repairs including replacement of washers, unplugging toilets, sinks, snaking drain lines, repair of leaking sink drains and supplies, repairs to existing irrigation and or leaking water lines. Perform minor 110v electrical, which may include lights, plugs, switches and heaters. Perform painting and soft tile laying. Check and lubricate vent fans, motors, cleans furnace filters and registers.
