Your Mission As a Guest Experience Guide, you’ll be the heartbeat of the journey—welcoming guests, sparking joy, and guiding them through interactive exhibits, sensory installations, and VR-enhanced adventures. Whether you’re assisting with a virtual launch sequence or helping guests navigate interactive zones, you’ll ensure every moment is memorable, inclusive, and full of wonder. What You’ll Do Greet and engage guests with warmth, energy, and curiosity Lead guests through immersive zones and interactive experiences Operate VR stations and assist with basic tech troubleshooting Maintain clean, safe, and visually stunning environments Contribute to team huddles, training, and guest flow coordination Embody the spirit of Interstellar Arc—joyful, inclusive, and imaginative Remain on your feet and walk throughout the venue for the majority of your shift What You Bring Must be at least 18 years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the United States 1+ years in hospitality, attractions, or immersive guest service Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Ability to stay upbeat and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays Passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences Bonus: Experience in themed environments, museums, or immersive retail Bonus: Comfort with VR platforms or interactive tech (Oculus, Vive, etc.) Physical & Accessibility Considerations Interstellar Arc is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals. Position Summary The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for families visiting Nick’s Magnificent. This role provides a warm, welcoming experience to guests while efficiently handling check-ins, ticketing, party reservations, and retail or café transactions. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.
