Responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking reservations and answering phones at Filberts Farmhouse Kitchen located in Aurora, Oregon. Essential Functions: • Greet guests, escort them to tables or appropriate waiting area, provide menus and communicate the guest arrival to the server. • Record table status accordingly based on seating and server assignment charts. • Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of glass doors and windows, etc. as needed. • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including telephone etiquette. • Communicate special guest needs to servers and restaurant supervisors. • Collect and maintain cleanliness of menus throughout the restaurant. • Maintain communication with management, kitchen staff, service staff and guests to ensure dining details are handled properly and guest concerns are addressed. • Keep work area clean and organized. • Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. • Maintain a safe working environment and immediately report all unsafe conditions. • Maintain a good working relationship with all departments. • Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the property Employee Handbook. Consistently adhere to standardized portion sizes, quality standards, kitchen guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Set up, stock, and maintain assigned stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality standards for are met. Ensure food items are prepared following proper timing standards. Follow proper plate presentation and garnishment standards for all dishes. Route Relief Driver                                                                              $23.00 - $25.00 per hour/DOE You will join our team as a full-time Route Relief Driver. You will ensure that all customer invoicing and inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
