This is a fast-paced position that plays a key role in ensuring guests have a smooth, comfortable, and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out. Provide local recommendations and help with accommodations to enhance guest stays. Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely room readiness and cleanliness. Set up, monitor, and take down daily breakfast service, including cleaning duties. Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation systems. Valid Food Handler's Permit required or ability to obtain before starting.
