Hello, Hoping to find a good fit for our spacious 3 story, 4 bed, 3.5 bath home. A single bedroom with its own bathroom will be available August 1st. Rent is $1050 including electricity and water. Internet comes out to another $15-20. We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean, and respectful. The house: HUGE open kitchen, clean spacious, 4 beds, 4 baths, kitchen appliances , and a two car garage. Washer and Dryer in house. Street parking. No pets. The room: shares bathroom with one other room but has it’s own sink, lots of natural light. We are conveniently located close to 101 and 280 just south of Downtown San Jose. I can be flexible with lease lengths, but prefer 6mo and month to month after if it works for you. Can send pictures of the room, do virtual meet/tour if you want to see more!
