The room is average sized (12.5'x11') as is the upgraded bathroom (5'x8'). The bedroom closet is much larger than expected. Utilities are not included. Housemates are working professionals and sometimes the occasional Grad student - all are polite, CLEAN, and down to earth people. Everyone is welcome. No one smokes or does illegal drugs either. We may, however have a glass of wine with friends now and then. If you are messy, inconsiderate of others, argumentative or create drama - this is not the place for you. We don't care about cool - we like cordial! Be prepared to be smiled at! Things about the house you may like: Nice open kitchen with lots of cupboards and counterspace, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/oven. Easy care yards, nice big garden area in back. Washer/dryer in garage for your use as well as a workbench and some storage space. NOTE: That garden area in back really longs for someone to put a veggie garden in. This house is in a very safe neighborhood and in a great location. Freeway access is close by and University and County buses stop just a few houses away. You can walk to the grocery store and various shops and restaurants in about three minutes. You get your own off street assigned parking space. We will be running a credit and background check. Rent is $1,000/month. Deposits are required.
