Hello there! I have two rooms in this spacious house for rent. One room can be furnished with a queen bed / bed frame / end tables / dresser if wanted! Utilities will be split three ways and the rest of the house will be furnished (kitchen table, couch, tv, kitchen stuff). The lease starts 9/5 so a move in date in September (any day) is ideal. I have a few dogs, so must love dogs. No additional pets please. Deposit is $800.
