Looking for a short-term sublet (2–3 months) with move-in ideally on July 20, but open to August 1. LOCATION We’re in a spacious, full-floor flat in a classic Victorian home in the Western Addition near Golden Gate Ave and Fillmore. Walkable to: - 5 mins to Alamo Square - 10–12 mins to Hayes Valley, NOPA, Japantown - 8 mins to Trader Joe’s - Easy access to Muni (5, 22) takes you to BART or Mission THE ROOM - $1,600/month + one-month security deposit - Private bathroom connected to your room - Large room (15’ x 10.5’) with good natural light - Closet + additional wardrobe - Can be furnished (queen bed, desk, chair) or unfurnished - Utilities: approx. $70/month (PG&E + internet) - Sublease requires 30-day notice for early move-out; no mid-month departures. THE APARTMENT - Full second floor of a 3bd/3ba flat (you'll share with 2 others) - 1600 sq ft with high ceilings and hardwood floors - Shared living room, dining room, kitchen - Large shared backyard - Coin-operated laundry in the building - Roomba upkeeps floor in common areas ABOUT US We’re a friendly, respectful household of two BIPPOC queer women (a couple) in our late 30s – early 40s, both working professionals passionate about our work (business owner / mission driven public sector work). We value a clean, calm home and good communication. We occasionally have friends & guests stay in our office/guest bedroom for 1-2 weeks at a time. Home is 420 friendly. We also live with Milo, a 4.5 yr old large, well-loved dog who takes up a lot of energy and love. He sheds which is why we have the Roomba to upkeep. Because of him, we can’t accommodate additional pets, thank you for understanding.
