Renting out main private bedroom of my Davis apartment for summer and possibly beyond. 1100/mo everything included, and fully furnished. It’s a large bedroom with tons of closet space on a quiet street. Amazing pool. About 8-14 min bus to campus depending on where you're going. East Davis is ideal for graduate students and post-docs. Location is corner of Ensenada and Cowell. Seeking someone normal, clean, and respectful. You’d have access to the pool and could definitely use my bike/kayak. I’ll be traveling most of the summer so you’ll have the entire place a lot of the time. If it’s a good fit there’s a possibility to extend and stay on further on a month to month basis.
