$329 Napa Valley Vacation Rentals (Napa)

I have studio, 1br, 2br vacation rentals available at the Vino Bello Resort in Napa Valley Wine Country during holidays. Studio suites starting at $329 per night/winter up to $459/summer, 1br suites starting at $399 per night and 2br suites starting at $599 per night. All prices include tax. There is a $8 per night Napa county tax paid directly to resort upon checkout. I also have availability at the Riverpointe Resort. The studio suite has King size bed with queen size pullout sofa or two double beds. Plasma TV. Sleek kitchenette - bar with table and two chairs, mini-refrigerator, microwave and dinnerware. 1 bedroom suite has fireplace, full kitchen, whirlpool tub, king bed in bedroom. 1, 2 bedroom suites have a full kitchen, living room with sofa sleeper, dining area, washer/dryer, oversized soaking tub/shower. Private balcony/patio. No pets and NON Smoking suites. Vino Bello resort is located in Napa adjacent to the Meritage Resort, they have an Estate Wine Cave and Meritage Wine Tasting Bar. Vino Bello backs to a vineyard and has two heated pools, fitness center, bowling alley, lounge game room area and get there by 5pm for the free Friday night wine tasting. Riverpointe Resort is located in northside of Napa and fully furnished suites, which include full kitchen, a living room with sofa sleeper, dining area, queen bed in bedroom. I have studio, 1br and 2br suites available. You can contact me via craigslist, call or text me at show contact info to reserve or ask about availability. Weekends book up fast, usually three to four weeks in advance. Terms: 1/2 of rental payment deposit when reserving the week, if outside of 60 days; if 60 days or less or holiday week, full payment is expected. I will send you a Paypal invoice. As soon as the payment shows up in my Paypal Acct. (it only takes minutes) I will call owner reservations and have them put the reservation into your name. This can take up to 24-48 hours. The direct number for reservations will be on the confirmation and you will be able to call reservations and confirm the reservation yourself before making the final payment. Within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation, the balance is due in full. I will send you a 2nd Paypal request for the remaining balance.
