The Blue Boar Inn, a well-established hospitality property, is seeking an experienced and reliable maintenance contractor to assist with routine and as-needed repairs and upkeep. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional looking for flexible, ongoing work with a reputable local business. This position is on-call basis, you will be paid as an outside contractor, you will need to fill out a 1099. Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs ( light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance Respond to urgent maintenance needs in a timely manner Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate effectively with inn management regarding tasks and timelines Requirements: Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman services Own tools and reliable transportation, we do have some tools here available as well.
