Found iphone 11 with picture of dog on the screen (Portsmouth)

Found iphone 11 with picture of dog in tall grass on the screen in Portsmouth Neighborhood. Back has cracking around the camera and no case. I will leave the color out so the person who claims it can state it. I will expect whoever claims it to have the ability to unlock it otherwise I will not hand over the phone.
