Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for property improvements; execute work with quality standards. Reporting: Provide weekly updates to management regarding progress, issues, and concerns. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable. High school diploma or equivalent certification required; vocational training preferred. Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance roles within construction or industrial settings preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (e.g., hay bales) regularly. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing concepts.
