Customer Service Representative $29K - $40K Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, You will support production in the following areas: Sales order management, forecast management, and customer interface. Responsibilities: Reviews and enters discrete sales orders and acknowledges ship dates. Reviews and actions customer EDI exceptions to ensure all policies are adhered to which includes but not limited to: pricing, lead time violations, and demand changes within planning time fence. Review and actions items as outlined in Customer Portal such as forecasting, order acknowledgements, shipment schedules, and other duties as outlined by the customer. Monitors pricing on in-coming orders to ensure they match quotes to avoid short pays and work with inside sales for correction.
