Job Summary: The front desk Customer Service Representative is a full-time role that reports to the Customer Service Manager and supports the larger Customer Service Team by serving as the first response to incoming phone-calls and walk-up customers acting as a company ambassador engaging with the public in a kind, professional, and courteous manner. As a member of the Customer Service Team, this role requires focus on repetitive tasks and consistent actions, with adherence to well-defined processes and procedures. As a team player, the ideal candidate for this position will be someone who can multitask efficiently and effectively communicating specific requests and needs of customers to designated staff. Examples of daily tasks are: • Answer in-coming customer inquiry calls and transferring calls to designated staff • Provide general but accurate pricing & service information to interested customers • Resolve customer inquiries related to ending of services, adding of services and adding of additional rental units • Address customer complaints with professionalism and kindness • Greet and direct interview candidates to the Human Resources Manager • Execute general office administration tasks such as filing and organization of office supplies • Other duties as assigned Job Characteristics: • Conducts work at a steady, even pace, with a degree of predictability from one day to the next. • Ability to handle a variety of diverse tasks throughout the day, while maintaining focus on prioritization and completion of daily responsibilities • Maintains people-orientation, even if reserved in nature. Must be helpful and service-oriented, with a strong focus on repeatable, high-quality results • Decision-making is collaborative, but meticulous, requiring consideration of facts, established procedures, and proven processes. Must rely on existing knowledge or training to help make decisions. • Communicates factually, professionally, and politely, speaking in detail only about areas of responsibility. • Must be comfortable working in a team environment. When delegating, follow up must ensure quality and accuracy. Job Requirements: • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to stay calm when customers are frustrated & upset • Comfortable using computers. • Experience working with customer support. • 2-3 Years of experience in a customer service role. Full Time Employment: • Work hours - 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday – Friday • Compensation is based on experience.
