Solo Musician Practice Room for Rehearsal (Williamsburg)

The space is available for INDIVIDUAL PRACTICE. The space is located near Pete's Candy Store, about a 6 minute walk from the G & L trains at the Metropolitan/Lorimer Stop & about 9 minute walk from the Nassau Ave. G train Stop. The space is maintained and in good shape. There is a clean rest room and the environment is friendly. Drummers, there is a sweet vintage, Ludwig drum kit with cymbals, in the room for shared use. This is one of the cheapest deals out there!!! There's a returnable security ($200) and key deposit ($25). All types of instrumentalists are welcome, however, space is somewhat limited. Please note: I'm NOT offering a band rehearsal space (Individual rehearsal, meaning, only one person in the space at a time) I get a fair number of responses looking for band space, because it is so cheap, but I'm offering time in the room strictly for individuals wanting to practice. This is not an hourly rental space. Everyone engages into a simple, one-page, month-to-month agreement, everyone has set slots, and rent is collected monthly. I've had many, many renters enjoy a great space for solo practice, and virtually no issues. When responding, please indicate your instrument as well as your desired practice days and times. Timeslots are typically configured in 2 or 3 hour slots but can be configured differently, provided that there is availability at the desired time. Hourly rates vary based upon contract. See below.
