Red Hot Chilli Peppers or modern Punk inspired project (scotts valley)

About me: Bassist from Scott's Valley with a jam space . I'm mid 40s work professional. Low drama and motivated. Top priority is finding the right group of good people. I'm looking for vocals, guitar and drums. I would like to put together an RHCP or modern post Punk inspired project . I am no flea in skill but I practice everyday. We would practice on our own time and show up ready to rehearse together 3-4 times per month. I would like to eventually become a solid band that would gig locally around 1 per month.
