Location: Based in Northern California (hybrid available) Compensation: Competitive salary and performance-based bonus Scope of Role: Oversee financial operations across 7 restaurant locations in Northern California and 2 opening late 2025 and early 2026 in Southern California Build and scale finance infrastructure to support multi-unit expansion Lead capital planning and partner with founders on long-term strategy Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics to support operational excellence Experience Required: Proven leadership in finance roles within hospitality, retail, or multi-unit consumer businesses Strong acumen in capital strategy, investor relations, and scalable systems CPA and/or MBA preferred Experience working with founder-led organizations is a plus At Gott’s Roadside, we don’t just serve burgers—we serve community, hospitality, and quality.
