The Hilton Garden Inn in Napa has an immediate opening for an OVERNIGHT part-time Houseperson,11pm - 7:30am, TUESDAY and SUNDAY. JOB SUMMARY Under general supervision performs custodial duties and minor maintenance on facility equipment and facility. Maintains premises and facility in a clean and orderly condition. This position also works in laundry, so sorting of linen, placing dirty linen into washer, taking out clean linen from washer place into dryer and fold when dried. Stocks supply closets on each floor of product and clean linen. Takes items to guest rooms as requested by front desk and may clean guest rooms as needed. JOB FUNCTIONS *1) Performs custodial tasks such as (not limited to) sweeping, mopping, waxing, vacuuming floors, dusting and polishing woodwork, fixtures and equipment, washing windows, walls, and lavatory facilities. *2) Operates commonly used types of power and non-power cleaning and polishing equipment. 3) Takes clean linen up to storage areas and places on shelves, dispersing evenly between floors. 4) Assists in operating washers and dryers, to help clean linen and fold as needed. *5) Moves and relocates furniture, equipment, supplies, and machinery as required. 6) Cleans guest rooms as needed when late check out, or excessive amount of rooms for day staff are needed for guests. 6) Performs minor preventive maintenance tasks. 7) Other related tasks upon request. *8) Complies with all Company and Department safety policies and procedures.
