We are seeking a full-time, long-term, detail-oriented and versatile office assistant to join our team! Monday-Friday 8-5:00 PM (PUNCTUALITY IS A MUST) (909)620-5841 ext 410 or 408 Job Duties (including but not limited to): • Answering phones • Provide administrative support to staff • Answering emails • Filing paperwork • Perform general clerical duties and assist with administrative tasks as assigned. • Internet research to purchasing materials (prices and availability) • Friendly and professional communication skills Qualifications: • Bilingual (Fluid English and Spanish is a must) •Basic office skills • Customer service and office administration experience preferred • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to multi-task • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload •Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and new tasks quickly •Positive attitude, working independently and with a team environment • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Thank you and good luck
