You’ll use our proprietary lending matrix to assess risk, evaluate applications, and make high-value credit decisions with accuracy and speed. 💼 What You’ll Do Evaluate lease applications using our established lending matrix and guidelines. Analyze credit reports, financial statements, and income documentation. Make credit decisions on high-value leases, ensuring compliance with internal risk parameters. Communicate approval terms clearly to internal sales team and, when necessary, to clients. Work closely with sales and operations to ensure smooth funding and documentation. Continuously refine and enhance underwriting practices as our portfolio grows. ✅ Qualifications 5+ years experience in automotive finance, leasing, or consumer underwriting (exotic/luxury vehicle experience a plus). Strong understanding of credit analysis and loan structures. Ability to assess non-traditional income sources (self-employed, high-net-worth individuals). Proficiency in reviewing tax returns, bank statements, and other financial documents. Comfortable making independent decisions within a defined matrix and escalating exceptions appropriately.
