Reports to: Building Engineer Functions: The Assistant, under the supervision of the Building Engineer, performs preventative checks and services on the Common Elements. Additionally assists in performing In-Unit services. Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: 1. Prepare waste and recycle receptacles for collection. 2. Remove trash from the sidewalks around the building. 3. Replaces defective light elements. 4. Maintains the turf areas on the Garden Level. 5. Prepare elevators by installing padding as required. 6. Assists in maintaining building security. 7. Assist by performing basic maintenance tasks. 8. Performs additional tasks at the direction of the Management Team.
