Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Engineer 3 to join the Administrative Applications SharePoint team. The selected candidate will support and enhance a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) application using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Responsibilities: Design and develop Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps using Dataverse or SharePoint. Build and maintain Power Automate Flows and Desktop Flows for process automation. Develop Power BI dashboards and reports. Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure quality solutions. Ensure application scalability, performance, and security compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Application Development 8+ years working in SaaS/PaaS environments 8+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience Strong expertise in Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps Hands-on experience with Power Automate Flows, Power BI, and Dataverse Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of collaboration in cross-functional teams 3+ years of experience working independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center is a plus

· Qualifications (Must Have’s):[skills, knowledge, and expertise required] PowerBI developer will have extensive PowerBI experience and exceptional data modelling and SQL skills. He or she will have previously used Bookmarks, Custom Visuals, and Field parameters to create flexible user-defined PowerBI experiences. SQL skills will also be extensive. The developer will have modelled numerous situations and be able to understand and adapt to data needs quickly.
